The Abbey Church, completed in 1982, is the spiritual centre of the seminary and monastery. Architecturally, it has become widely known as a beautiful, awe-inspiring building, a sacred space in which to worship God. Its stained glass windows, and vaulted ceiling inspire the onlooker to think of the power and grandeur of God. We regret that, by order of our Church authority, we cannot hold public times of worship during this period of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, at other times of day the Abbey Church* will be open for private prayer (see Visiting Hours).
Our Liturgical Schedule
By order of the public health authority, we cannot hold public times of worship. The order is in effect from November 19, 2020 at midnight to December 7, 2020 at midnight,” although it may be extended beyond that point.
“In the sight of the angels, I will sing praise to you, O God.”
